The Survivalist Emporium recognizes that customer service and satisfaction is critical to the success of our business. Further, while we recognize that the customer is our top priority. We are committed to continuously improving the service and value we offer, now and in the future.
SHIPPING
We use the United State Postal Service as our primary shipper although, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods.
Primary shipping methods used depending on product weight and size are 1st Class, Parcel Post and Priority Mail. You will receive options at checkout.
Normally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from approval of order. You will be notified of any delays as well as when your item(s) ship.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders - If you need to cancel your order you must send an email to sales@survivalistemporium.com or calling 979.599.2617 within 8 hours of when you first placed your order. If your order has been already processed, you must wait until the product arrives and request follow the "Returns" Policy.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged.
SALES TAX Sales tax is charged on all products and orders shipping to Texas. The actual tax amount is applied at the state level when placing your order, and may vary depending on the county your product is shipping to.
RETURN POLICY In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number. Email us at sales@survivalistemporium.com to obtain a return number. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund once the item(s) are returned. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.

Any package that has not been received at the above return address and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, The Survivalist Emporium is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 10 days if order is not received.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS Our program will not allow items to be ordered that are out of stock.
